Our car wash business, located in the following locations: Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki is recruiting Supervisors. There will be training for successful candidates on using the company’s products and tools. Interested applicants should apply for the Sales Car Wash Manager on the island.

Job Description for a sales car wash manager on the island:
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers employed in the business.
- Source for customers.
- Checks daily attendance of employees.
- Keeps records of daily receipts, employee time and wage data, and supplies used.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing proper uniform attire.
- Oversee Inventories supplies, for example, detergents, brushes, and tire-blacking compounds.
- Inspects equipment for wear and arranges for repair or replacement.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Assure excellent customer experience for every customer – at all times.
- Comply with company standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient car wash operations.
- May participate in washing, polishing, and performing other services during peak periods.
Requirements for a sales car wash manager :
- HND or OND Certificate.
- Supervisory experience will be an advantage.
- High energy.
- Attention to detail.
Other skills and ability:
- Strong ability to motivate team members.
- Impressive communications and organizational abilities.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and still deliver excellent results.
- Ability go give detailed and comprehensive reports.
