Company Description

Our client, a big player in the real estate industry, is looking to hire a Sales Administrative Executive in Ajah with outstanding sales and organizational skills.

  • Location: Lekki – Epe Expy, Ajah Lagos, Nigeria
  • Job Type: Full-time

Salary

100- 140k with HMO and Commission.

15% Commission on individual sales.

 

Job Description for a Sales Administrative Executive in Ajah

  • Support all realtors with clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Manage and update phone calls, WhatsApp groups, and email correspondence.
  • Share real estate listings on all social media platforms.
  • Provide estate(s) subscription forms for realtors and clients.
  • Receive filled subscription forms and create files.
  • Pay receipts on time.
  • Draft sales contract documents and other necessary documents for each client and realtor.
  • Schedule site inspections for the realtors and make inspection arrangements for their proposed dates.
  • Address clients’ and realtors’ requests internally and externally.

  • Correspond with our clients, providing information and following up on appointments and requests.
  • Supervise the company’s driver for site inspections and other tasks.
  • Fulfil logistical and supply needs of the office.
  • Develop and improve administrative processes.

Soft Skills:

  • Communication: effective interaction with internal staff and members of all social media groups.
  • Interpersonal Skills: attend to complaints coming from social media, clients or internal staff.
  • Feedback: positively take feedback from clients or internal staff.
  • Stress Management: executing and managing tasks effectively.
  • Persuasion: motivate clients and encourage prompt responsiveness.
  • Negotiation: can negotiate and close contract.
  • Teamwork: works with others to complete a task.

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Any real estate certificate is a plus
  • 3 years plus experience working in the real estate company
