An insurance company is searching for a sales representative who will generate leads and meet sales targets.
Brief
Mutual Benefits Life Assurance Limited is a world-class organization that delights all stakeholders by offering exceptional financial services.
The company is a leading provider of life insurance solutions with over 20 locations.
It was incorporated as Mutual Benefits Life Assurance Limited. It was a private limited liability business on February 20, 2007.
It was registered by the National Insurance Commission to underwrite life insurance on November 14, 2007.
The hired sales presentations and product demonstrations will be part of the contract negotiations with potential clients.
To be successful in this position, you must have a thorough awareness of the sales process and dynamics, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills.
Also, the ideal candidate will be in charge of meeting Mixta Real Estate Plc’s sales targets for the fiscal year.
Finally, the sales representative will carry out company growth initiatives to meet revenue targets.
Location
Lagos Mainland, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell items and services using sound reasoning to prospective clients.
- To assure future sales, maintain positive business ties.
- Using sound reasoning, presenting, promoting, and selling products/services to existing and potential clients.
- To address the demands of existing/potential customers, conduct a needs analysis.
- Establish, develop and maintain an optimistic company and consumer connections should be
- Cold contacting potential consumers is an excellent way to get in touch with them.
- To maximize customer satisfaction, resolve customer concerns and complaints as quickly as possible.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales goals and deliverables on time.
- Work with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential and keep track of sales and status reports.
- Customer wants, challenges, interests, and competitiveness are all reported on by supply management.
- Customer demands, challenges, claims, competing actions, and potential for new products and services are reported to supply management.
- Keep up with the latest promotional trends and best practices.
- Continually improve as a result of feedback.

Salary
N40,000 – N200,000 monthly.
