A leading global company is looking to recruit a highly experienced restaurant manager.
Brief

The manager must attain the restaurant monthly sales target.
Also, hire and train qualified employees and motivate employees during peak hours.
Restaurant managers are also in charge of keeping the uniform taste of food consistent, thereby increasing customers retention.
Further responsibilities include monitoring kitchen operations and food items used by kitchen staff to reduce theft.

Key Responsibilities
- Hire and train new employees.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Keep precise records of your earnings and expenditures.
- Order ingredients in the actual quantity for the kitchen crew.
- Reduce theft through consistent monitoring during peak and off-peak days.
- Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage problems.
- Effectively sell food items.
- Timely opening and closing of the restaurant.
Key Requirement
- At least four years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

- Ability to manage a restaurant with no supervision

Qualification
- Possess High School Diploma or GED.
- The potential candidate should possess a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
