    A hospital is looking to recruit a personal assistant/ admin assistant.

    Brief

    First Rivers Hospital Limited is a technology-driven hospital with a core team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing our patients with high-quality, long-lasting medical care. 

    Concerning Ultimate Intelligence, our goal is to fully utilize medical sciences in the art of health management and life preservation.

    Location

    Port Harcourt, Rivers

    Key Responsibilities

    • Screen calls and takes messages. 
    • Send and receive Emails.
    • Address inquiries and letters while keeping your supervisor informed of any critical calls.
    • Keep track of the hospital’s calendar and make appointments.
    • Type official letters and reports.
    • To complete responsibilities, work closely with the CMD and the Administrative Secretary.
    • Demonstrate excellent customer service abilities that align with the hospital’s goals and values.
    • Handle sensitive medical information professionally and appropriately.
    • As allocated by the CMD and the Hospital Secretary, performs other functions.

    Key Requirements

    • Any relevant working experience as a Secretary, Secretary Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant or Administrative Officer will be an added advantage.
    • Work seamlessly under the supervision of the CMD and Administrative Secretary to achieve the organization goals.

    Soft Skills

    • Excellent verbal communication skills. 
    • Leadership skills.
    • Customer-oriented approach.
    • A high degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
    • Good organizing skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • A strong work ethic.
    • Ability to be self-motivated.

    Technical Skills

    • Excellent writing skills.
    • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and information systems.
    • Must be computer literate.

    Qualifications 

    • A minimum of an HND or equivalent in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration and Office Technology.
    • Must have completed NYSC.

    Salary

    • N50,000 – N150,000 monthly.
