Brief
PayQart, a financial technology firm, is looking to recruit an experienced and self-driven​ Telesales Executive.
The hired Telesales Execuitve will be in charge of making contact with potential and existing customers in order to meet your sales quota.
Furthermore, the potential candidate will provide detailed information of product and excellent customer service.
In addition, the suitable candidate will make sure that consumers has a luxurious experience with individualized service.
To be a successful Telesales Executive, you must be an excellent communicator and listener.
Location
Lagos, Nigeria
Duties of a Telesales Executive
- Facilitate online sales through the website and other customer touchpoints.

Answer product-related questions from customers.
- Demonstrate all of the behaviors associated with a high-performance sales culture; in this case, prospect for new business.
- Upsell and cross-sell within our huge database and meet quota.
- Customers should be educated on the products provided and guided through the various payment choices.

Keep all items up to date and alerting customers about new offerings.
- Follow up on every sale until the things are delivered to the customer’s home and they are completely delighted.
- Investigate problems and develop solutions to troubleshoot and address customer concerns quickly and effectively.

Starting sales conversations with potential clients over the phone.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role.
- Prior successful experience working in sales.
- Not more than 27 years.
