Brief
GTI Microfinance Limited was established as a limited liability business in August 2007 and began operations in 2008 at 127 Obafemi Awolowo Road in Ikeja.
It was licensed as a State-Wide Microfinance Bank in October 2013 and relocated its headquarters to No. 4 Tinubu Street, Marina Lagos’ Central Business District.
The candidate will serve as a mediator between applicants and our financial institution.
You will assist qualifying candidates in obtaining loans and setting up payment arrangements.
Also, the hired loan officer will meet with applicants, prepare loan offers and examine active loans.
Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have worked with various loan types, including house loans, business loans, and personal loans.
Finally, to be successful in this position, you must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description
- The potential candidate will open new active client accounts and activate inactive accounts to increase the branch’s customer base.
- The loan officer will be responsible to create quality risk assets.
- Keep the Portfolio At Risk (PAR) within the internal guiding threshold by ensuring prompt repayment of due loans.
- Mobilize low-cost deposits to help increase revenue and profitability.
- Safeguard the branch’s fixed assets.
- Assist customers in migrating to the digital platform and other automated methods.

- At least 3 – 5 years of work experience in banking.
