    A hotel is looking to recruit for the position of Human Resources Assistant Ikeja Lagos.

    HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT IKEJA LAGOS

    Pay: 100,000 naira

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Job Description of Human Resources Assistant Ikeja Lagos

    • Posting of jobs, recruitment agency selection and development, evaluation instrument application, behavioural interviewing, candidate selection, hiring offer, onboarding new hires
    • Assisting the HR Manager in leading the talent evaluation process.
    • Assisting the HR manager in Nigeria with change implementation, annual performance reviews, and payment procedures.
    • Keeping records is essential. 
    • Updating the HR software system and employees’ hard copy files to keep all hard and soft files of employees’ records up to date. 
    • Ensuring that all staff-related correspondence is correctly filled.
    • Providing departmental support and keep an eye on the reception and training room to ensure they are in good working order.

     Key Requirements for Human Resources Assistant Ikeja Lagos

    • 0 – 2 years of work experience required.

    Qualifications 

    • Candidates should possess an HND, B.Sc, OND qualification. 

    Technical Skills

    • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent writing skills.

    Soft Skills

    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
    • The candidate should have the ability to work as a team player.
    • Emotional intelligence skills.
    • Critical thinking skills.
