Job Description of Human Resources Assistant Ikeja Lagos
- Posting of jobs, recruitment agency selection and development, evaluation instrument application, behavioural interviewing, candidate selection, hiring offer, onboarding new hires
- Assisting the HR Manager in leading the talent evaluation process.
- Assisting the HR manager in Nigeria with change implementation, annual performance reviews, and payment procedures.
- Keeping records is essential.
- Updating the HR software system and employees’ hard copy files to keep all hard and soft files of employees’ records up to date.
- Ensuring that all staff-related correspondence is correctly filled.
- Providing departmental support and keep an eye on the reception and training room to ensure they are in good working order.
Key Requirements for Human Resources Assistant Ikeja Lagos
- 0 – 2 years of work experience required.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an HND, B.Sc, OND qualification.
Technical Skills
- Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent writing skills.
