A restaurant is searching for qualified HR professionals to report to the Head of HR.
Brief
Customer service, attitude and accountability, fair rates, and expertise in service and the daily operations of our cafés and restaurants are the core values of E & P Hospitality Limited.
Food manufacturing, hospitality and everything in between is all covered by our services.
The hired candidate will be in charge of recruiting, supporting, and growing people by formulating policies and management practices.
Also, being in charge of administrative duties will help make the organization a better place to work.
Location
Ikeja, Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and execution of human resources initiatives and systems.
- Advice on policies and processes is available.
- Prepare job descriptions, post ads, and actively manage the hiring process to recruit.
- Make and carry out successful onboarding strategies.
- Create programs for training and growth.
- Assist in the management of performance.
- Assist in the resolution of disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Keep employee records following company policy and regulatory regulations.
- To guarantee legal compliance, review employment and working circumstances.
Key Requirement
- The potential candidate should have proven experience as an HR officer, administrator or other HR position.
