Human Resource Assistant needed in Ikeja, Lagos.
Midstream Global Investment Limited is an internet loan company that offers no collateral loans.
The company is looking to recruit for the position of human resource assistant.
- Posting of jobs, recruitment agency selection and development, evaluation instrument application, behavioural interviewing, candidate selection, hiring offer, onboarding new hires
- Assist the HR Manager in leading the talent evaluation process.
- Assist the HR manager in Nigeria with change implementation, annual performance reviews, and payment procedures.
- Keep records is essential.
- Update the HR software system and employees’ hard copy files to keep all hard and soft files of employees’ records up to date.
- Ensure that all staff-related correspondence is correctly filled.
- Provide departmental support and keep an eye on the reception and training room to ensure they are in good working order.
- 0 – 2 years of work experience required.
- Candidates should possess an HND, B.Sc, OND qualification.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- The candidate should have the ability to work as a team player.
- Emotional intelligence skills.

- The candidate must be willing to learn.
N60,000 – N70,000 monthly
