The Customer Service Executive will work to serve existing and potential customers by providing product and service information while resolving inquiries smoothly through offline & online channels
What’s Expected
– Place and answer calls in a timely manner while following laid down procedures, guidelines, policies
– Resolve product or service queries by identifying customer needs, clarifying the information
– Conduct product and service quality surveys with customers and record feedback from time to time;
– Generate leads for the sales team by screening callers and identifying potential sales opportunities
– Handles the social media pages of the brands
– Provide relevant replies to followers online, and convert them to paying customers
– Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
