    In collaboration with one of our customers, the Senior Growth Manager will design and manage marketing strategies and solutions to deliver value, improve beverage incidence and profitability.

    Also, the annual collaborative business planning process, the formulation of growth plans, innovation, and digital programming will all be impacted by this job. 

    In addition, to support customer programming throughout the year, this person will manage relationships with brands, R&D, commercialization, assets, and other internal and external elements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Leads the creation and implementation of complete beverage marketing strategies in partnership with client strategy to drive revenue-enhancing concept development with customers and fully exploit national marketing initiatives.
    • Work to establish long-term customer relationships and take full responsibility for senior-level contact relationships to settle and influence complex customer problems.
    • Build and deliver an annual marketing calendar that shapes and contributes to the long-term planning process of customers. 
    • Conduct customer marketing stewardship reviews with the customer.
    • Provide business and opportunity analyses for customers, including competitive research and Picture of Success suggestions for future market expansion and integration.
    • Look for and use internal tools and resources to help customers with their strategies such as channel, asset and brand.
    • Organize important strategic meetings such as KO Lab and prepare for presentations, insights, briefing documents and SMEs.
    • Prioritize and capitalize on the channel, customer, and consumer information while linking to brand strategy to identify and maximize customer-specific and channel marketing opportunities.
    • Internally and externally, a champion for both customer and company imperatives to execute our Customer Commitment of Excellence in all areas.
    • Develop and implement channel and customer promotions or programs that capitalize on national brand ideas and consumer insights to boost consumer preference and activity.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to convey significant efforts to clients as a group.

    Key Requirements

    • The hired candidate should have at least 5+ years’ business development experience in a consumer-packaged-goods company, agency, or foodservice operator, preferably in both customer management and marketing roles or equivalent marketing leadership experience within the industry.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent education. MBA preferred.
