The hired candidate will respond to client questions, address issues through proper channels, keep up-to-date on our goods and services, collect customer feedback, and train new hires.
Also, a top-tier customer support specialist will have exceptional time management skills and a solid commitment to customer service and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert in Cloudsmith’s products.
- Assist clients with queries, feature requests, and bug reports and educate them on Cloudsmith best practices.
- Interact with consumers in real-time as well as asynchronously.
- Contribute to a knowledge base of product-related answers that the entire team may use.
- Collaborate with customers to capture reproducible steps and recognize when to refer bugs to engineering for resolution. Bring customer feedback to the Cloudsmith product team to help improve the platform.
- Bring a critical eye to each support conversation, utilizing metrics to assist us in improving operations as the company expands.

About The Location
We’re based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, but you’ll probably be fully remote like the entire team and us right now, although our preference is for you to be within 1-2 time zones of UTC.
