    A software company is looking for a customer service professional that excels at exceeding clients’ expectations, from product and service questions to order processing. 

    Brief

    Dan Martell is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur and investor who has built several successful businesses. 

    The company was voted Canada’s top angel investor, and he’s invested in over 40 firms, including Udemy, Intercom, and Unbounce.

    The Dan Martell | SaaS Academy Team is on a mission to provide world-class coaching and training to Software as a Service (SaaS) firms.

    To ensure customer satisfaction, you should aid in researching issues that develop and resolve conflicts resulting from consumer complaints.

    To be effective as a customer service representative, you must stay updated on product and service requirements and establish positive client relationships. 

    Finally, a great Customer Support Representative must provide excellent customer care and successfully connect with customers.

    Job Description

    • In the inbox, process and manage email support.
    • Use our client CRM to keep track of data, create reports, and track tickets.
    • In our Online Facebook Community, we provide support and communicate with clients.
    • Optimize support toolings such as Hubspot, Kajabi and Facebook.
    • Create new processes and methods for demonstrating high-level support.
    • Work closely with Customer Success to complete customer follow-ups.
    • Follow up operation and support for the webinar.
    • Ability to effortlessly edit copy.
    • Other responsibilities as needed.

    Key Requirements

    • The potential candidates should have a minimum of three (3) years or more experience as Human Resources Officer, administrator.
