     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    This position’s everyday tasks include, but are not limited to:

    • In the inbox, process and manage email support.
    • In our Online Facebook Community, we provide support and communicate with clients.
    • Optimize support toolings, such as Hubspot, Kajabi, and Facebook.
    • Create new processes and methods for demonstrating high-level support.
    • Work closely with Customer Success to complete customer follow-ups.
    • Process and support for webinar follow-up.
    • Effortlessly editing copy with a sharp eye for detail.

    What exactly are we searching for?

    • Ability to pivot and alter fast in reaction to change in the ever-changing world of business.
    • Process-oriented.
    • You must be a people person. Someone who understands the importance of making others feel special, going above and beyond for clients.
    • Must be able to work with a wide range of software technologies. Front, G-Suite, Bamboo, Typeform, Voxer, HelloSign, Asana, Zoom, Hubspot, and other technologies are among the tools we utilize.
    • It is necessary to be astute and resourceful. Someone who can think outside of the box to solve a problem.
    • Must be willing to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced workplace is required.

    Other advantageous skills.

    • Outstanding experience working within a Customer Support team is a massive bonus for this post.
    • Working with or building online communities is a plus.
    • Your favorite social media platform is Facebook.
    • Multitasking abilities are magical.
    • Excellent time management and organization skills.
    • A strong desire to assist people in transforming their businesses and lives!
