A pension administrator is looking to recruit a business development executive.
Brief
ARM Pension Managers (PFA) Limited is one of the first seven Pension Fund Administrators (PFA) granted a license by the National Pension Commission in December 2005.
It is a subsidiary of the Asset & Resource Management Company Limited (ARM) Group, one of Nigeria’s most well-known and renowned financial services companies.
The company has a stellar reputation in investment management, research and pension fund management.
The business development executive will be in charge of customer retention, new business development and acquisitions.
Also, the potential candidate must demonstrate their ability to generate new business to meet revenue targets.
Finally, they should be able to build successful business relationships with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Open and close new business.
- Register new clients or employees of organizations.
- Process of the RSA form to generate pins quickly.
- Ensure client satisfaction by listening to the client’s needs, delivering answers as soon as possible and cultivating a positive connection to referrals.
- Persuade clients to purchase additional voluntary contributions to their RSA.
- Provide pension sector updates to clients via one of our channels, such as the interactive customer session.
- Ensure accounts opened are fully funded.
- Review clients’ feedback and implement necessary changes.

- Minimum of 2 years of professional working experience in the financial service industry.
