The potential candidate’s primary functions include: posting jobs, writing HR content, and producing marketable content for social media to sell the company’s offerings. The HR consulting firm is looking to hire an active Human Resource Intern with excellent writing skills needed in Lekki to meet expectations that will, in return, increase profits.
Job Responsibilities for a Human Resource Intern with excellent writing skills:
-Writing 10 – 15 job descriptions to fit the client’s requirements.
-Posting job vacancies on various job portals, including social media.
-Verifying guarantors on potential candidates.
-Creating error-free human resource articles to share across social media platforms.
-Designing and producing engaging graphics to sell the company’s offerings.
-Visiting the guarantors to verify validity.
-Working remotely after 3 – 4 months of meeting the target.
Job Requirements for a Human Resource Intern with excellent writing skills:
-BSc Human Resource management is a plus
-At least two years of previous working experience.
-Experience in recruitment, social media, and content writing.
-Proof of human resource certification.
-Ability to use Canva to design graphics.
