A pharmaceutical company is looking to recruit for the position of admin officer.
Brief
Chemo-Pharma Laboratories Limited was founded In 1985
The company’s installed capacity is 6.0 million bottles of liquid syrup per year and 310.2 million tablets per year.
This installed capacity has been insufficient to meet predicted expansion for some time.
It has put a burden on working capital and resulted in excessive overheads.
The organization also manages a well-equipped Quality Assurance Laboratory.
Location
Ikeja, Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Schedules work assignments, sets priorities and directs the work of subordinate personnel to coordinate activities.
- Maintain work-related documents, creates reports and compose letters.
- Update employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners’ contact information.
- Complete frequent reports.
- Create and keep a filing system.
- Manage the company’s social media platforms and pages.
- Perform receptionist and secretary duties on a sporadic basis.
- Manage the company’s fleet of vehicles and manufacturing machinery.
Key Requirements
- The hired candidate should have at least 1-year relevant work experience.
