This position’s everyday tasks include, but are not limited to:
- In the inbox, process and manage email support.
- In our Online Facebook Community, we provide support and communicate with clients.
- Optimize support toolings, such as Hubspot, Kajabi, and Facebook.
- Create new processes and methods for demonstrating high-level support.
- Work closely with Customer Success to complete customer follow-ups.
- Process and support for webinar follow-up.
- Effortlessly editing copy with a sharp eye for detail.

- Ability to pivot and alter fast in reaction to change in the ever-changing world of business.
- You must be a people person. Someone who understands the importance of making others feel special, going above and beyond for clients.
- Must be able to work with a wide range of software technologies. Front, G-Suite, Bamboo, Typeform, Voxer, HelloSign, Asana, Zoom, Hubspot, and other technologies are among the tools we utilize.
- It is necessary to be astute and resourceful. Someone who can think outside of the box to solve a problem.
- Must be willing to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience working in a fast-paced workplace is required.
Other advantageous skills.
- Outstanding experience working within a Customer Support team is a massive bonus for this post.
- Working with or building online communities is a plus.
- Your favorite social media platform is Facebook.
- Multitasking abilities are magical.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
